frustrating when black queer artists/musicians get heavily overlooked especially in the queer community because they're not fucking white. most of the time their sexuality is questioned too. so irritating to see these amazing people get drowned out over the middest person who isn't dark skinned.

i think an artist who draws purely out of sexuality and expression has a right to exist among artists who don't and even deserve the same amount of respect.
