So in Fairfax County, one of the largest school districts in the country, elementary school principals are learning about how they have to surrender students to ICE. Think about that. About the student being targeted, about the other kids, about the teacher.

That’s why I propose in the podcast setting up a large legal defense project …. Would require a lot of pro bono legal work and and funding. But I think it can be done. More lawyers need to get onto defending the rule of law.
Therein lies the rub. Most people can’t afford to fight. He’s been bankrupting people since the 70s.

This focuses on civil servants, but the need is broad. When we received our nuisance subpoenas & lawsuits, I was lucky to be at an institution willing to fight the legal fight, even as our center collapsed as a result. Legal, security, & comms $$ is critical.
