Continuing checking the price of the sd card I want to check out during #BlackFriday at #Amazon, we are already at 122 CAD, that’s 11 more than when I started checking. Keep in mind there seems to be a real price increase in this kind of media due to AI bs

When I was just a kid in Brazil, video games were very expensive. I was lucky to be able to have some but most of them I would have never seen. It is thanks to emulation and sites like Zophar’s Domain that, not only I’m a collector today, but I’m also making my own game.
29 long years have passed since I founded the emulation archive, Zophar's Domain, on 11.9.96. To this very day, the site still stands as a testament to an era that never actually disappeared but continues to live in the hearts of retrogamers all over the word. Emulation Forever!

I just saw Nintendo’s new app, the Nintendo Store. Some curious data. My most played “game” was YouTube on the Switch. I got more than 400 hrs on the #Xenoblade series. I have a screenshot of all games played on Switch in 2025 and one for the first games I played with my Nintendo account. 😀

I just saw Nintendo’s new app, the Nintendo Store. Some curious data. My most played “game” was YouTube on the Switch. I got more than 400 hrs on the #Xenoblade series. I have a screenshot of all games played on Switch in 2025 and one for the first games I played with my Nintendo account. 😀
Things I don’t understand: IT companies are asking basically every position to have AI experience. They want everything AI. But when you write your resume using an AI tool they don’t like it… 🤔🤷

And objective completed. As I mentioned before, I wanted to finish drawing the Girl and Frog NPCs and create the Game Over song.
I'm calling this song "The Extraordinary End of Things", and it represents a bad end of Igor's journey.

I just done #Silksong ‘s true ending. More than 50 hours and at 73%. I’m still thinking if I’m getting 100% as I’m already satisfied with the game. But what a wonderful experience.

Adding here to compare prices when Black Friday comes. I just got my Saroo and I want a large capacity SD card to fit everything on it. And I’m pretty sure Amazon increases prices just to not give real discounts right before Black Friday. So, let’s see how this goes this year. 😀

No update on the game today. I was kinda recovering from my trip to Brazil and my head was in another dimension. I finished the first #PowerWashSimulator again though, which is always nice to my mind. I’ll probably be getting the sequel soon.

Things I brought from Brazil #1: Food. I ended up bringing a lot of chocolate. BIS, which is a small wafer chocolate. Ouro Branco is one I’ve missed for a long time. I brought Popcorn M&Ms because I’ve never seen those and some Milka wafer chocolate I don’t remember seeing here in Canada.

I’m back from my trip to Brazil. It was good to visit everyone, family and friends. It was also nice to eat all the food I missed so much. It seems to me, from the places I visited, that the country and its people grew a lot compared to pre pandemic.

Ok so. No updates for my game for a couple of weeks. I’ll be off finally visiting my family back in #Brazil after almost 6 years away. My kid was 2 yo back then! Very exciting but I’m a bit nervous. Besides family stuff, I’m looking forward to get Brazilian pizza and other treats again! 😂

- A lot of sprites added
