I accidentally grouped a mask node in Mari and now I can't use it downstream. Even though it SHOULD be simple, I can't figure out how to ungroup nodes in Mari. Can anyone help? 😭

10 years ago I had just finished high school and wrapped up a multi-year project of re-creating a ton of environments from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic in 3D. I'm working to get the files to play nicely with modern Blender and it's wild being reunited with them again. #fanart #mlp #blender

I think that's part of the deep grief I've been feeling lately - the damage being done feels generational. With the current trajectory, I dunno if it's possible to unfuck things during my lifetime anymore.
Hard to reckon with that possibility without spiraling at least a lil bit.

Finished up my first week of Think Tank on Sunday! We jumped into Maya for some organic modeling - a tutorial elephant, and two other animals of our choosing.
Gotta say: pretty proud of the dog, but whew lad, that cow. Poor Bessie has so much non-planar geo, she's gonna be mooing in italics.

I'll be traveling back home to Canada soon, and my phobia of flying is already at a solid 11 - my heartrate has been stuck at 120+bpm for three days. Been trying to calm myself by watching livestreams of successful flights landing at LAX, but no dice.

Because I am an *exceptionally normal and neurotypical* person, I've been occasionally chipping away a little re-creation of Disneyland's Star Trader in Planet Coaster 2. Can't wait to set up all the little shelves and registers with guests pouring through the store after getting off a ride lmao.
