Is viewing power by proximity as analogous to crossing the event horizon of a black hole accurate for those who wish to challenge power?

More folk need to appreciate that, at the core of anything that borrows the label “-feudalist”, there is a basic notion of taking over a peaceful population by force and making them work for you, by asserting that your use of force has given you superior legal rights than they have.
this is literally just Curtis Yarvin technofeudalist speak and it is malpractice that the New York Times isn’t pointing this out
Unusual language here in the New York Times’ claim that the Trump administration is trying to “reshape institutions that it views as cathedrals of liberalism.” What is the definition of a “cathedral of liberalism” and what right does Trump have to “reshape” it?

I came across a comment relating to a jewish currents article that essentially vindicates to me my disdain for the leftist movement as it so exists on social media.

There are generally two reactions to the sentiment that politics is/are just a game:

The first reaction is that this is just a sensationalist truism. The second is that you've unlocked a deep seeded secret to the universe.

The latter comes from people that generally default on their principles

Even negative rights require someone's social labor to protect. It's why this idea pushed by libertarians doesn't make sense--"we need a night watchmen state to protect our rights that don't involve the labor of another human being". Yeah, you still are dependent on more than your own labor.
