We now have to attend 2 meetings on Wednesday ffs. The scaffolders haven't turned up today. Shit nights sleep. Went back to bed already this morning. Got yet another cold and cough. It's fucking ridiculous. If anyone wants me I'm drowning in my own snot ffs

Had some otc cocodamol and pain is settling a bit. So stupid that I can't do things that help me relax ffs. Pissed off with body at the moment.
