Thinking of opening a music themed ice cream shop. Every flavor is a pun of a band name. Cüstard Dü. Modest Moosetracks. Winterpol. Freeze-oh-na Apple. A-la-moda Shakes.

Please send me any more you can think of.

The administration is removing phone support for Soc Security recipients. Making it more difficult for seniors to get their checks. It’s a back door way to cut SS benefits. Horrific.

If you know anyone who is impacted, please help them get online to get their benefits approved

It's becoming all too easy to slip into a listlessness where there seems like there is nothing that can be done, nothing we can control. Start with one person. Ask how they're doing, share a laugh, give each other a hug if you are both into it. Make connections with other humans.

It’s been inspiring to see everyone come together for LA,,, but there’s one community I need to highlight.

Not enough is being done for the black families after the LA fires. Ive partnered up with GoFundMe and the BMAC to create ONE main GoFundMe campaign to immediately help those in need.
