Weather it’s Joe Biden pardoning kids who were caught with a couple ounces of weed or Donald Trump pardoning the Honduran president who smuggled in 400 tons of cocaine, both presidents were soft on drugs.

The fact doomers have gone from "America is over" to "Dems won't hold anyone responsible when this is over" can actually be read as an optimistic signal imo.

i think that we should charge even people who have been pardoned, because there is no conceivable way the founders intended the pardon power to permit the executive to order people to commit crimes and then pardon them for them

The "Larry Summers complained to Jeffrey Epstein that MeToo went too far" and "Olivia Nuzzi committed crimes on behalf of the fascist she masturbated with while reporting on him" are the same story: American elites have no ideology other than "I should be untouchable." Society is run by empty husks

It’s time to do populism after 10 years of beating the drum but Trump’s brain is pudding now and all the congressional GOP has is: “OOPS! All tax cuts and deregulation!”
Exclusive: Republicans plan to challenge vehicle-safety mandates, such as automatic emergency braking and alarms that remind drivers a child is in the back seat.
Senate Committee to Challenge Auto-Safety Mandates That Hurt ‘Affordability’
Republicans are questioning the value of some features, such as automatic braking and rear-seat reminders.

Major outlets shouldn't show asylum seekers at a border crossing when they're talking about refugees resettled through the refugee program. These are different groups.
The Trump administration plans to review the cases of all refugees resettled under President Joe Biden and freeze their green card applications, the latest clampdown on legal migration to the US.

i think you get the right to call some of your detractors mentally ill after a guy who was banned from another website for threatening your life kills two people
They're not false. You very consistently call the people you disagree mentally ill, and worse. What do you think the "correct" reaction is supposed to be when many of these people are trans, or Black? Why do you think you are entitled to indulge in this behavior?

Wars to blow teenage girls' heads off from a thousand yards and loot the country bare: let's roll, daddy.

What they said about Harris never was about being opposed to wars.

It was about being opposed to a woman commanding them and defending our allies and classical liberal values.

They never opposed following Donald Trump to commit plunder, rape, and murder for fun.

We really do have two different kinds of law now: District Court law (aka the law), and Supreme Court "law" (aka the U.S. House of Lords upholding Trump's personalist regime)
I don’t know what the Supreme Court will do, but I am confident that at the District Court level it is still the case that the Pentagon cannot recall a sitting US Senator to active duty in order to court martial him for something he said. Article 1, Section 6, among other constitutional provisions.
