This is the second account - the first being in Chicago - of DHS agents mass detaining people and then *sorting them by race*.
More than 400 people, including hundreds of citizens, were β€œsorted” at gun point into racial and ethnic groups by 200 ICE agents who fired flash-bang grenades into cars with people inside, pointed guns at children & demanded their zip tied parents not comfort them. apple.news/Ausdx6kWtT0e...

Ho-ly shit. Boy they are dumbasses.
A Reuters photographer captured this image of a page from Pam Bondi's "burn book," which she used to counter any questions from Democratic lawmakers during an unhinged hearing today.

It looks like the DOJ monitored members of Congress’s searches of the unredacted Epstein files.

Just wow.

Was "washed up loser lawyer" one of the insults they pre-loaded in her little "burn book"?

Because I'm not sure it nails a Harvard law graduate who taught con law for 25 years before becoming a congressman who's now the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee -- and, um, likely its next chair?
Pam Bondi throws a fit:

"You don't tell me anything, you washed up loser lawyer"

Someone apparently told him to introduce bronzer...the shiny kind.

(As I recall hearing, he insists on doing his own makeup. And it shows. You can also tell the days he's doing particularly bad dementia-wise by the makeup job...)

"According to WIRED's review of court records and official judicial statistics, attorneys filed nearly as many so-called habeas corpus petitions in Minnesota alone as were filed across the US during an entire year."
NEW: The US court system is already breaking down under the weight of a mass deportation campaign it is in no way equipped to process. @regret.bsky.social has the alarming details:
ICE Is Crashing the US Court System in Minnesota
Petitions demanding people get the chance to be released from ICE custody have overwhelmed courts throughout the US.

If you saw today's headline that Gallup will stop measuring presidential approval, they did the same thing in 2018. They do it whenever Trump is president.

I really don’t think people outside Michigan understand how much the Morouns are absolutely loathed here.
Remarkable: Trump's deranged threat to block the bridge connecting Detroit to Canada is backfiring, giving Dems a big issue in 2026 races in Michigan, which could help decide control of Congress.

Michigan Dems tell me they'll use this against Republicans big time:

His corrupt threat to block the opening of the Gordie Howe Bridge is about to become a big albatross around the necks of GOP candidates in pivotal Michigan.

Honestly, Thomas Massie might have been the most effective questioner of Bondi today. This presentation was so damning, it makes clear that Pam Bondi's DOJ is either the most incompetent in history, or they are the most corrupt in history actively participating in a cover up of the Epstein files.
Massie: "Here is an email that was sent by the victims' lawyers to the DOJ. It was a list of names not to release. What did the DOJ do with this email? They released it! Literally the worst thing you could do the survivors you did."

And tech workers.
"Incredibly, the inner mysteries of consciousness and what it means to be alive were indeed solved by journalists and lawyers posting to a microblogging platform while avoiding work, in between bouts of research for their fantasy 'Survivor' drafts."β€”a puzzled future historian
