Figuring out applying a proper decentralized identity solution for Blue Sky, is anyone aware of a decentralized storage feeds as another part of the puzzle?

I am offering 1 bitcoin (or 100k USD, whichever you want) to any team who successfully builds true P2P integration to a major Bluesky client. It means that the app should be able to still post, fetch and share Bsky posts even without a direct internet connection.

I’m not sure the best way to do this but I’d be happy to offer a reward of 50k usdc for this.

Let’s make so that Bluesky clients can receive updates from peers in the most adversarial conditions.

Is there any team building a Bluesky client with P2P features? A resilient client that would work on adversarial conditions like an internet with censored traffic or even without any connection? Say a crowd of demonstrators whose internet was cut but still want to pass messages among themselves.
