I did it! Here’s to find peace in my new normal.
I need to reach out to my therapist and start my sessions again because I’m overwhelmed with life but it’s overwhelming trying to figure out when I’ll have time set aside weekly for them.

The Starbucks barista put me on to having nutmeg steamed in the milk for my chai latte and it changed the game for me but all the other Starbucks I’ve stopped by recently don’t have nutmeg.
