川普这一系列操作的目的是为了建立一个平行政府，一个属于他自己的deep state。减少监管，打击woke和裁减冗余只是Casus Belli. 如果是要开除“woke”军官或者裁撤冗员，总统自身的，合理合法的权力就可以做到了，不需要单独搞个warrior board或者DOGE，这两个机构就是想要架空现有的政府。军队，情报机构和国务院是所谓的“deep state”的主场，除了卢比奥可能是留下的一点面子以外，其余阁员全是用忠诚的素人凌驾在庞大的官僚机构之上，也就是没有想让国家机器正常运转。有没有recess appointment可能并不那么重要，因为Thune的当选大概是川党预计到了的，
