Especially during this time of upside-down world here in the U.S., how I talk to and treat myself is paramount. Emotion = energy in motion. If we are to change this so-called reality, creating a different energy gives us the power to change the impact of Dumptruck & Co.

The work for us now is to understand that this "reality" is not the CORE reality. The core reality is energy. One might say "so what?", and here is so what: we have the option to shift the reality by shifting our own emotions. Emotion is energy in motion. I've done it w/ depression - let's shift 45!
