This was my first time poaching eggs in a saucepan. Surprised how perfect they turned out. Normally I just cheat and use the microwave but they don't turn out like these did.

Took a much-needed week off the gym after hitting a bit of a wall — the tendons were calling for a break. Definitely feeling recharged now and itching to get back into it next week. Sometimes rest really is part of the progress
