Rewatched season 1 of arcane and it broke my heart all over again to see the small betrayals Jayce did to Viktor out of sheer carelessness only for his biggest betrayal (resurrecting Viktor with the Hexcore) be out of his well of love for him and need to have him in his life #jayvik #arcane

Lu Guang destroying timeline after timeline just so that he can get one where Cheng Xiaoshi doesn’t die (even though he can’t find one) shows that love to Lu Guang means “I know it is hopeless, but for the life of me I can’t have a world where you’re not in it.”

No one is talking about the fact that Viktor really was the first person who truly believed in Jayce and his magic. He was the one who saw his journals, saw the equations and met the person who was so close to giving up.

The thing about the four kids and the cottage is that a lot needs to come first. They’re both so traumatized and I’m pretty sure getting sucked into the runestone gave Jayce his 85th disorder.
