NEW: Jeffrey Epstein said in emails that he had been advising the Russian government on how to deal with Donald Trump, one of several cases in which he wielded his connections to try to influence the course of foreign affairs. w @nahaltoosi

My takeaway from Epstein document dump was that Jeffrey Epstein in 2018/early 2019 was increasingly telling people he had dirt on Trump and Trump knew everything about child sex ring. To protect Trump's re-election campaign, Trump's DOJ charged Epstein in July 2019. Then Epstein committed "suicide."

The Epstein files are clearly more damning than we assumed, which is saying something.

These Epstein emails make at least one thing abundantly clear:

The rumors that Trump “kicked Epstein out of Mar a Lago and cut ties with him” were bullshit.

P.S. It’s going to get VERY dark and ugly…much darker and uglier…before Humpty Dumpty has his great fall. We have more than enough fire in the gut to survive it, though, to be around and watch the fall. (There won’t be nearly as many of the King’s horses…or men..trying to…put Humpty together again;)

At the eleventh hour, Mitch McConnell slipped a provision into the federal spending bill that could end the shutdown—banning Delta 8 THC, THCA & even most CBD products. Congressional Republicans in Kentucky, one of the largest producers of hemp, are unhappy. My latest.

The Ghost of Epstein Can Bring Down Trump and MAGA.

Donald Trump is a cornered, NYC, sewer rat whose sordid relationship and exploits with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein threaten to unravel not only his Presidency but also MAGA, which is showing cracks.

A couple Republicans pretended to take issue with it in last night’s hearing — but voted to keep it in anyway. 🥴

They also slipped in a federal ban on Hemp products —

Blue trifecta states control ~$100 billion annually in income tax payments withheld on behalf of state & local public employees. Adding a significant percentage of $1.1 trillion in payments withheld by private employees will give them warchest to challenge any significant Trump actions. /12

Legislation could require employers to give workers option to send withheld federal taxes to state escrow account rather than to the IRS. States would indemnify participants against any federal penalties for underpayment or late payments, covering them through state tax credits if necessary. /11

Some citizens will worry about miscalculating & owing money come April. That’s where the state governments themselves come in.

Blue states should immediately pass legislation creating state-controlled tax escrow programs, convening special legislative sessions if necessary to do so. /10

If even a fraction of workers adjusted W-4 forms to reduce withholding to legal 90% minimum, tens of billions of dollars per month would stop flowing to feds. Not evasion—just a slow-down of the spigot. The message would be unmistakable: blue America is done financing its own punishment. /8
