Interesting article on how rebels use narcotics (both directly and as finance), but the Taliban's approach was not uncommon. Hispanic Heritage Month has come to an end. It was such a joy creating this thread. While it's not exhaustive, it is filled with some amazing scholars. I was lucky enough to learn about their work & accomplishments. You should too. Inspired by my little community.
