Few folks are more committed to combating pseudo archaeology than Flint. He does it so well, and with a commitment I certainly couldn’t muster - I’m not that patient these days.

Fun fact: If someone quotes a post of yours in a way that is unwelcome (as is commonplace on Twitter/X) there is a tool to combat the unwanted attention. Simply click the three dot menu on the quote post & click "Detach quote". This removes your post from their quote post. Useful to know, do share!

It's been said but ill add my voice to the choir: new folks from Twitter, most of Bluesky DOES NOT engage with fascists and bigots. It's what they want. Report if appropriate but always block. It's a nicer place because of this so best leave Twitter habits on Twitter

Another game with the usual suspects today. 10mm Seven Years War. For the record, we will not repeat our experience with Black Powder. There are some ideas I will steal for my Frankenrules, but overall it’s a bit much when it’s old guys and a fun afternoon.
