Recent research showed that a huge proportion (87%) of Brits rely on hanging wet clothes inside their homes – and they’re unknowingly causing serious issues.

A study by the University of Manchester found that drying a wet load of washing indoors can release two litres of water into your home.

I absolutely love cooking and eating.
Today I needed to have a main meal at lunch because I have a big meeting this evening. I love bowls like this because they are very quick to make.
Noodles with tofu, tomatoes, spring onion, kale, kimchi and egg in a broth make from Vecon stock and hummus.

I thought I saw you on the bridge today
From a distance his hair looked like yours
His head bobbed like yours
His walk, just like yours
And for a moment my heart sang
My thoughts reached out with all the things I wanted to tell you
But as my eyes drew him into focus
And my mind knew it wasn’t true
