If you define the nondelegation doctrine as not “important” then I suppose
All the important decisions 6-3 Republicans v libs.
So I say this with respect: Jonathan Adler is always wrong.

I hear this all the time but it’s truly not “baffling” to explain at all. People in the 1980s had nowhere near the info we have now. Today, one guy looks strange and Nextdoor, neighborhood Facebook, and group texts erupt. It’s that simple
A thing I find baffling is that anyone now old enough to have kids grew up in a time when it was considered uttterly normal and safe for kids to walk around the neighbornood alone, and yet we seem to have collectively determined the thing we all did as kids is now borderline child abuse.

So interesting to watch on twitter Lash getting praise while on here the author opposed to Lash unleashes on him. I wish they would talk to each other bc I’m not smart enough to know anything.

Wonder how some right(ish) organizations that exist to sue executive agencies will react? (eg, NCLA)
It’s a long “memorandum,” but it’s essentially telling Pam Bondi and Kristi Noem to go after lawyers who challenge the federal government — which is many lawyer’s jobs.

It’s basically a catch-all “let’s Paul Weiss whoever pisses us off” memo.

Did @anthonymkreis.bsky.social @paulgowder.bsky.social and Bernick refer to Bates as “Gates” or am I missing something?

@beaubaumann.bsky.social “The major questions doctrine is as old as the administrative state itself.”
