in this case it’s particularly audacious given the pm has shut down critical hospital funding negotiations to pressure states into cooperation with NDIS cuts. the PM is lauding public emergency departments as the great Aus social policy while he is threatening their future, using them as a hostage

hmm, no, it is connected to the NDIA, because if a disabled person uses their NDIS funding incorrectly, because of this getting incorrect advice, that's on the disabled person (debt). there is no prohibition on using these tools, with consequences only for the disabled person

Well said. It continues in NDIS and with asset management mistakes at Centrelink for pensioners. All government systems are struggling to cover up mistakes. So we know about DOGE. The failed #NACC means nothing has happened to prevent continuation of systemic abuse.
I genuinely don't know why nobody is pointing out that we've _done_ DOGE in Australia already.

It truly annoys me that a #NDIS self manager cannot upload a spreadsheet of claims - what a waste of my time doing each individual one just because they want us to be managed by some penny pinching bureaucrat and so make it as tedious and time-consuming as they can.

Why are NDIS delegates not even reading access reports properly/at all when the ART caseload has already blown out?
Isn't getting decisions right first-time cheaper than double-handling on the public dollar, or paying lawyers to keep fighting them?
