I’m really sick of articles titled “Can Trump (do a thing he’s threatening to do)?” That tell us the law around such threats. The law clearly does not apply to Trump as no matter what the courts tell him to do, he does what he wants and never suffers any consequences.

So is it fair to say we are currently in the middle of the US’s second civil war? Red states are invading blue states with their national guard. That sure seems like it fits the definition of a civil war to me.
