OSC’s Medicaid Fraud Division works to remove bad providers from New Jersey Medicaid.

Last fiscal year, the Division excluded 277 providers from NJ Medicaid due to:

🚫 Suspended or revoked licenses
⚖️ Indictments or convictions of fraud
🚨 Other serious offenses

OSC’s Medicaid Fraud Division (MFD) works to protect our state’s healthcare program from fraud, waste, and abuse.

Last fiscal year, MFD recovered $119,210,896 for New Jersey Medicaid.

Over the past decade, MFD has recovered more than $1 billion.
