The day has arrived! We are so excited to be welcoming a wealth of expertise to the Healthy Homes, Healthy Kids event at the Usher Institute in Edinburgh today.

We have 130 people registered from over 50 organisations to work out how to make our homes and our children as healthy as they can be.

The UK Longitudinal Business Database allows any accredited researcher in the ONS Secure Research Service to track the near-universe of UK firms at quarterly frequency and to link them to other administrative and survey data sources.

So pleased to see the launch of the CD3 Programme - something that I’ve been close to since its beginnings from the @cancerresearchuk.org Early Detection and Diagnosis Roadmap. And now in my role working with @laraedw001.bsky.social at HDR UK. Exciting times ahead!
Together with the NIHR (National Institute for Health and Care Research), the EPSRC, Health Data Research UK (HDR UK) and ADR UK (Administrative Data Research UK), we’re announcing a £10m programme which will help identify individual cancer risk 🙌

So pleased HDR UK are partnering with @cancerresearchuk.org and others on this exciting programme to harness population scale data and infrastructure to more accurately predict who is most at risk of developing cancer, to enable earlier detection, diagnosis and prevention.
