From where I stood the other day, the poster for this read ANTING IN NICE. And until I moved and it reconfigured I was really excited by the idea of a film about French entomologists.

Since y'all seem susceptible to writing advice, I say if you're not going to reuse a setting, like a building or house, just have it blow up. Don't even explain. Just blow it up good. Let the reader figure out why all this stuff is blowing up 'cause you couldn't find a use for it
