The end. When I went to vote in Nov I told a friend of mine I hope this isn't the last time I get to vote. They thought I was joking. The way it is looking I was at least on track.

My mind is befuddled over how anyone can say anything good about this POTUS. The gai.s we got from our current administration were starting to take effect and now... It's unreal we are going backwards.

I asked my mom how she did all the things when we were younger. She said well we lived on one salary and you are single. She proceeded to tell me that I am not a failure I am a product of years of social idealism that can't get held up. Wow what a great Christmas gift.

So yesterday after talking with an "important person" in my life and I realized they are not what I thought. In fact, they are the reason for systemic racism and white privilege. And now dealing with their "importance" in my life so I don't allow that to be me.

I was standing in line today and overheard two young people talking about what to do because other people talked about how their bodies weren't their own. I waited turned around and said your bodies are yours don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise. I am still hours later angry ....

At my work we are not allowed to talk about politics and I am so grateful for that. Yet you can tell, one of my co-workers said something and my response was well if you think people are going to stand by while others lose rights you are wrong. The co-worker looked at me horrified.
