Had a fabulous morning at Wootton HS, sharing my grandparent story along with other 3GDC presenters. I was definitely stumped by some of the AP Euro student’s questions and have some more research to do to prepare for the future.

As they say in show business, the show must go on. So when the ceiling falls mid show and the auditorium must be shut down in the middle of the spring musical, the community comes together. MCPS this is what happens when long standing needed projects are cut from the CIP.

County Council CIP hearings are today and tomorrow. Tune in at 7pm to see 3 Magruder students testifying, who I'm sure will be far more compelling than me. My written testimony outlines the nearly 10 year history of Magruder's position in the CIP and the many delays/cuts & needs.
