By sending us $2,000 to give to billionaire insurance CEOs, and by tripling the interest we pay to mortgage companies while he continues to limit what we can write off, he's effectively looting the treasury and using us a mules to launder the stolen money; funneling it to the wealthy.

TN deserves better than all the corrupt GOP electeds.
Wow — Casada wasn’t the only Tennessee Republican getting a Trump pardon. @RepHarshbarger got him to pardon her health care fraud husband too.
Kelsey, Casada, Harshbarger… Tennessee Republicans working those pardons hard.
The law no longer applies to them in the Trump era.

I've been saying this for ages now. None of this is unprecedented if you are familiar with African American and Southern history (or the history of any minority group in this country).
Authoritarian governments are not new to this country. If you want to know what comes next should resistance fail, look to the history of Black resistance in the South.

This a big deal: "China’s carbon dioxide emissions have been flat or falling for 18 months"
China's economy has grown by ~5% in the last year, so this comprehensively debunks the idea (again) that emissions are tied to growth. So yes, faster progress needed, but this is how you turn the corner.

NOAA cut funding to the Alaska Earthquake Center, directed by my friend Mike West. As a result, seismic monitoring by nine stations in Alaska tracking tsunami-causing earthquakes will go offline by the end of the month. This endangers people in Alaska, Hawaiʻi, and other parts of the Pacific.

They've been 'working on it' since Obamacare.
They don't want to propose a solution because their solution is to shackle the worker to their job for health insurance for them, for their children and for any uncovered partner.
You can't easily quit your job when you NEED health insurance from it.

Yup... They'll push their luck slowly but steadily only pausing or slowing a little or jumping to a new category to draw you away, upon pushback. It needs to be steady continuous pushback and they need to be social pariahs the entire time.
From street marches to court battles to the ballot box - we’ve challenged the power of this exceptionally unpopular president.
The lesson from each success we've had is that we need to ramp the political pressure up, always up, not back down, now more than ever.
