Sleeping off morning beaniness
I’m in deep awe at the memory of my grandmother making Thanksgiving dinner. She would start cooking in the morning, serve dinner, have a few bites, then clean up the kitchen. I did that today & was totally exhausted at 6:30. There’s a pile of dishes, but for me, that’s tomorrow’s problem.

Spent yesterday having a “pajama day”. This is a concept from when my son used to stay with my mom and they had a day where they stayed in their pajamas and did little to nothing productive. They read, napped, watched SpongeBob, and generally had a relaxing day.

One of my cats tried to pants me tonight. He wanted my attention as I was getting the boys’ dinner together and jumped up and hooked his claws into my waistband. Then he let gravity do the work. 🙀
