I have a professional connection who went solo about a year ago who practices in the same area as I do. We are going to set up time to chat soon. But I went to his website to see how he markets himself and it is the EXACT opposite of what I had planned on emphasizing. He is ALL IN on AI.

The biggest downside of going solo is that I no longer have a database of previously filed motions and whatnot that I can crib off of.
I know I have a mutual (I think) that does a bunch of Massachusetts Appeals Court stuff, but I cannot think of who that might be. If that is you - or you know someone who fits that description - can you please hit me up?

Thank goodness for the Social Law Library. I would not be able to afford access to legal research otherwise. I will have to go into the courthouse to access Westlaw, but at least I will have access.

I cannot fathom doing this in front of any tribunal, let alone the federal judiciary.
