Me lo pasé entero en difícil, y la dificultad sólo cambia cuánta vida tienen los enemigos. No suben las recompensas (de hecho bajan porque tardas más en terminar que jugando en normal) y a penas sube cuánta vida te quitan. Es decir, lo que escoges realmente es cuánto tiempo perder en un mapa
