There is literally no better feeling than having to run to the store late at night, makeup melting off your face, hair in a messy, greasy bun and you don’t even have a bra on and then some random other woman in a parking lot goes, “you are SO pretty!” as she walks by. Spontaneous compliments rock.

Tonight was at gay skate night for a friend’s bday. Knee injury had me sitting sidelines. While watching the skaters vibe and move to good tunes, I was overcome by the power of being together in community. Things are rough, but when I see this kind of queer joy, I believe that hate won’t win. 🌈🌈🌈

At a sleep study for my sleep apnea. I have this many wires attached to various parts of my body. Just a totally normal, very comfortable night of sleep, nothing at all about this situation that could keep me awake and skew the findings.
