My heart is so heavy all the time these days. I love all of you so much. Being back in the constant barrage of horrific news is overwhelming. I hope we all take some time to nourish ourselves with activities that uplift us. I hope I follow my own advice. I want to feel like I can breathe again.

A small victory… she would have been terrible. Her loyalty is to herself and her own ambitions, even if it means denying obvious use of chemical weapons

The Vikings had a good season. I know a playoff loss is tough but fans should appreciate the wins.
