That’s fair. We can definitely disagree and still be friends!

That being said, like I said in the comments: I don’t like this deal. I just don’t think the Democrats are going to get a better one.

It’s been 40 days of nothing but “no” from the GOP.
Have never said this to you, but this is a horseshit take, Angry.

Honestly, this is likely as good of a deal as the Democrats are going to get.

Reinstates fired federal workers. Prevents admin from re-firing them. SNAP funding for a year, and an ACA vote in December.

Voters are already blaming the GOP for the ACA - make them vote against it.

I've probably said this before, but if you're a band about to play a show, you should make sure not to have any Can tracks playing beforehand, as they will make your own seem anticlimactic.

A lot of the problems with Nuremberg come down to the sloppy exposition, clumsy plotting, and woeful direction. And a truly awful high school play-level turn from Rami Malek.

This is the correct explanation of what happened tonight👇
KBJ threaded the needle thanks to CA1’s unfinished business.

-if she denied the admin stay, the full SCOTUS woulda stepped in to override her.
-if she immediately referred the case to the full Court, they coulda dragged feet.
-instead she boxed them in to act quickly once she does refer the case.

I knew you had good taste, Tom! Such a wonderful film and that ending still hits me emotionally. I rewatch this scene on the 4th of July every year, if I don't have time to watch the whole film again.
A lovely movie about America and freedom. It came out during one of the most tense years of the Cold War (1984). Robin Williams, a natural mimic, mastered Russian dialogue phonetically.
