So last week when it was snowing, I drove my van to work. A few hours later security calls me to inform me that my van was hit by the contracted snowplow that was clearing the parking lot. After a week of phone tag with the contractor's insurance I'm finally getting it to a repair shop. Fun times.

And after two days of waking up at 4 am for back to back losses. I am now exhausted and certain the season is over. Or in other words, just a normal Cubs fan

Many of you who know me know that 13 years ago on Thanksgiving morning I fell about 35 feet while rock climbing in southern Utah. I landed on my back, cracked my skull (even w/helmet), broke three vertebrae, six ribs, punctured a lung, and shattered both shoulder blades. Lots to be thankful for. 🙏🏼

I just finished cooking Thanksgiving for 18 (I do it all by myself) and everyone is eating but I'm too tired to get up. I'm just gonna sit and watch everyone eat now.
