When you invite friends over on the first night on Hanukkah to have latkes (and mince pies in honour of British Christmas) and decide to watch a holiday movie. And somehow that movie turns out to be “Substance.” 😱 amirite @roseknows.bsky.social

Happy Thanksgiving 🍁. On this day 22 years ago I survived an Al Quaeda suicide bombing while on assignment in Mombasa Kenya. In addition, my beloved #goldenretriever, Bronte (pictured) would be 13 today. Sadly, she passed away 2 years ago. Today I’ll be hugging my latest Golden pup, Posy 💐 tightly.
