one of my favorite things about the wordle craze was i heard about a lot of teachers playing it with their students in the mornings. i bet that's still happening some. i heard a couple stories of xordle being played like this as well

oh that's clever. i had assumed when you silvered something it must have added 1 or 2 copies to the pool, but removing a copy of the skipped cards is very interesting

When you pick a card, the other cards from the shop are removed from the pool! Those cards are less likely to show up later, compared to the cards you're actually taking.
This reduces the impact of lower-rarity cards on the pool over time, and helps you find more copies of what you care about.
