My sincere condolences to Charlie Kirk’s family and loved ones. Every person deserves to live free from gun violence. I hope the perpetrator is swiftly brought to justice.
I don’t agree with Charlie Kirk on virtually anything, but I fully support his right to speak freely. Violence is NEVER an acceptable way to solve our political disputes. I hope he makes a full recovery and I hope our country rejects this dangerous rise in political violence.

This is disqualifying for any candidate for governor. Our National Guard troops are not palace guards for an authoritarian president to deploy as a political weapon to intimidate Americans.
