Why doesn’t the US government want to acknowledge World AIDS Day?

According to a Lancet study, USAID cuts could lead to 14 million deaths over the next five years.

Every year since 1988, the United States has recognized World AIDS Day — until now.

Why not? Maybe because the Trump administration doesn’t want to acknowledge that its foreign aid cuts led to nearly 150,000 deaths from AIDS, according to Boston University researchers.

Shameful.

BULL-FUCKING-SHIT!

Two guys clinging to a burning boat do not pose any threat to anyone in any conceivable way.

Even if they were enemy sailors from a naval ship, this targeting would be unlawful and constitute a war crime.

You can't just fucking SAY things and will them to be true.
FOX: You said the follow up strike was lawful. What law is it that allows no survivors?

This is ridiculous. It was the first TRUMP admin which developed the cases against President Hernandez. His brother Tony Hernandez was indicted in 2018 and convicted in 2019, and key ally Geovanny Fuentes Ramirez was indicted in 2020.

Both were later sentenced to life in prison!
Leavitt: "The people of Honduras have highlighted to him how the former President Hernandez was set up. This was a clear Biden over prosecution."

So imagine my disappointment at finding there's no mention of temperate rainforests in the EIP itself! 🌳

Hope the newly-announced Trees Action Plan corrects that when it's out in 2026...

There doesn't have to be war for something to be a war crime. All that needs to happen is that the agent in question has violated principles of international humanitarian law. In this case, by declaring them enemy combatants, Hegseth violated the principle of distinction....

If the Venezuelan sailors were enemy combatants, then the 2nd strike is a war crime.

If the Venezuelan sailors weren’t enemy combatants, then both strikes are criminal murder.

It’s that simple.

"If the U.S. military operation is not an armed conflict of any kind, these orders to kill helpless civilians clinging to the wreckage of a vessel our military destroyed would subject everyone from SECDEF down to the individual who pulled the trigger to prosecution under U.S. law for murder."
Here are US military lawyers stating clearly that Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth's "kill everybody" orders are either (1) war crimes or (2) murder.

Either way, expect prosecutions in the future.
