I popped into the Golden Arches to get a soda today. They gave great service, I had a friendly interaction with an employee while I filled my drink, AND as I was leaving, the manager started shouting employee names, adding “you are doing a FANTASTIC job!!!”
I’m gonna go back to that McDs. 😊

I love Dec. 23. It is the relative calm between celebrating my best guy’s birthday, and the busyness of Christmas Eve. It’s my own, personal “all is calm, all is bright” day.

I did not plan to celebrate winter solstice by backing into (and denting) my grandchild’s car, but there you are. 😬
