🚨🚨Very excited to share my 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫 "No Kids, No Tech: How Shortages of Young Workers Hinder Firm Technology Adoption"

I show that shortages of young workers reduce firm investments in new technologies exploiting a natural experiment.
