Signature gatherer at the market today tried to get me to sign a petition to get a voter ID law on the ballot "so that we can vote it down" and I'm like, my brother that is a TERRIBLE idea. Voting it down does nothing to prevent it becoming law later, and we just re-approved prison slavery LAST YEAR
