This third season of Invasion is really hard to watch. It was never a good show but the Mitsuki bits were really good and I’d watch a whole show just about them. But this season seems to ask “how can we make things worse?”

I’m now on the third Silo book and the more I read them the less I like them.
On the flip side, the more I read them the more I enjoy the show.

Anyway I finished the Dune audiobook and it's better than the book because the voice work is genuinely really good, and also because it keeps going while you roll your eyes so it saves you a LOT of time. 4/10
Listened to a reading of Ubik afterwards and goddamn what an incredible mindfuck. 10/10
