The Calculus Concept Inventory has had a lot of use, but also questions about it (See Gleason et al., 2019). Glad to see a research team revisiting and developing a new measure. See this IJRUME article for more. #RUME

When I think back on the last ten years, Alex White might be the person I have learned the most from. He was a brilliant statistician and just a very good friend. Read a bit about him and find a link to the celebration of his life: www.math.txst.edu. #mathedresearch

Anyone want to chime in on the legality?

What math ed research journals are repped here? I’m seeing @readprimus.bsky.social with an account, and editors posting when new issues of ESM come out. Others? #mathedresearch

Okay. Step one in that direction. I set up a “feed” for math ed research. Tag your post #mathedresearch or #rume, and it will appear there. Go go feeds, search for math ed, and pin to see this feed.

If we are gonna follow through on moving away from the _other_ social media platforms, we need ways to keep community going. Math ed friends, how to we build critical mass and conversation over here? #mathed #rume

I never used the prior iterations if this, but now I have people following me, so I feel like I should say something to the world. Let’s lift up works of new scholars. What’s a cool or interesting piece of math ed work you’ve read lately by an early scholar? #mathed #RUME
