Ellis is on the bench.
Good morning from Chicago's Dirksen Federal Courthouse.

We're waiting for District Judge Sara Ellis to take the bench in the federal class action urging an injunction against federal immigration agents' violent behavior in Chicagoland.

Ellis will issue an oral ruling on the injuction this morning.

It's not just Pirro's office. The federal government has been bleeding qualified career attorneys throughout the DOJ and elsewhere. They are simply not equipped to handle it if everyone who is targeted by their illegal power grabs were to push back and take them to court.
Pirro said her office is “down 90 prosecutors” and told Fox viewers, "If you want a job in the nation’s capital in the premier office, the largest U.S. Attorney’s office, contact me at Jeanine.Pirro@USDOJ.gov.”
