I visited the newly renovated section of Bush Terminal a few months ago. The last I’d heard, the city had designated it as a new garment district. As with all things NYC, the story was much more complicated.

Sharon Camp started a tiny pharmaceutical company to manufacture the morning-after pill.

“She knew she would need some deep-pocket investors, and she approached 150 venture capital firms. They all turned her down.”

Instead, the women’s health community financed her startup.

Oh, and BTW:

“The Pentagon has moved large amounts of naval-based firepower more appropriate for major land attacks than for striking small boats into the region, and Mr. Trump in public has mused about expanding to land strikes.”

JD Vance owns a company that buys American real estate and sells it to foreign investors. They specifically target Americans in crisis to buy their property for less than it is worth.
JD Vance: "A lot of young people are saying housing is way too expensive. Why is that? Because we flooded the country with 30 million illegal immigrants who were taking houses that ought by right go to American citizens."

What I hope is that a lawsuit will force the Pentagon to reveal how and why they target certain boats, and that subjecting the intelligence — or whatever it is — to scrutiny will shut this ongoing atrocity down.

A big, beautifully illustrated story about Penn Station as an emblem of “American Inertia.” I’ve only skimmed it.

Hint: You can’t fix Penn Station w/o relocating MSG. Moynihan was an end run around the intransigence of the Dolan clan.

You get the sense that what Epstein knew about Trump went well beyond his sex life and could’ve been uniquely damaging…
The Kremlin disguised a nearly $100 mn payment to Trump in the form of a brokered real estate deal... and both Jeffrey Epstein and William Pulte were involved in the deal. That's very interesting.
