🇱🇧 Lets assume they cant resolve the bigger matters such as HAs arms due to its complexity what about the smaller matters. Justice for the beirut explosion as an example ? Depositors money? Basic electricity, water.etc? No matter how you look at it they fell so flat on their promises

This investigation is important on so many levels proving that algorithmic bias & digital radicalization on X is real. I don't know if the best response is leaving the platform & supporting alternatives like bluesky, but it is a classic tale of influence through money & an invisible algorithm.
Vital piece of investigative reporting from Sky. They've uncovered the X algorithm which feeds users extremist right wing material from the moment they join the site. It is a far-right radicalisation engine, by design.

I lost count of how many times I've seen #Drive throughout the years. It's hard to believe a filmmaker who's color blind directed one of the most beautifully colored films into existence. To me this is THE perfect flawless film that casts an everlasting charming spell on you. #filmsky

Talking about spineless politicians in the States, you should the ones we have in Lebanon.

Finished the expat registration, ready to vote in the upcoming parliamentary elections in spite of all those who wanted to block the voice of the Lebanese diaspora network. To me it's that one last fight.

Apparently, there's a music band called Lebanon Hanover, not named after the country/city we know but after two neighbouring towns in the US. The music is kind of depressing, but the band has its audience. Just felt it was worth mentioning for some reason.

Watched The Smashing Machine and while I loved it I thought the highlight here was Emily Blunt & Ben Safdie's film direction. The Rock's performance comes in last. The movie couldn't have been pulled well if it wasnt for Safdie, he just gives it that "right" vibe & atmosphere. #filmsky

The only question that matters today: when is the next episode of #Pluribus?
What a masterpiece of a show the first two episodes were. #Gilligan does it again it seems perfectly. Need to talk about this with anyone who's seen the show cause there are loads of iconic "moments" covered here. #Pluribus #tvsky

I think @realgdt.bsky.social did the best film retelling that could be done on Mary Shelley’s #Frankenstein novel (with some minor changes to the story) but the heart & theme is almost same to the source. Epic & beautifully tragic to watch. Finally we can recommend something good on #Netflix 📽
