They did these little very low to no budget projects because they thought it was worthwhile to work when you had a great script and people who really cared about making something great. For me from lil New Zealand it was so cool to work with people who had worked on shows like Xena & Hercules

I did some no-budget film work many years ago because I loved what I was doing. I'm quite proud of the stuff I was involved with. Even managed to get my name on IMDB.. I got to work with some cool people way above my paygrade, people who had real BIG film experience.

And Everybody has to start somewhere. That bad dub. at least they're trying. A listener can appreciate that. That's why we humans like bad low budget films. We know it's bad, but it's made with passion and sincerity. All those words I use, passion, sincerity, heart. a computer has none of that.

All this AI stuff being pushed really aggravates me. And I'm in electronics engineering. It's over hyped, under delivers. and it screws real people out of jobs for something that has no quality or heart. I'd pick a bad dub by inexperienced actors over AI slop any day. At least they're payed
