🏡 BC's real estate market was flat in '24, w/balanced absorption rates 12-20% maintaining steady prices. High end homes saw 💲⬇️, some lower-end homes 💲⬆️. ⬆️ interest rates in late '23 & early '24 boosted inventory. W/rates now trending ⬇️, '25 is expected to see a 3-5% 💲⬆️ & 5-10% growth in sales. 📈🏡
