Blehhhhh.... 'Every day is Leg Day'. Yeah. Guess I'll take the twins on a walk in the forest. Ironic, but the treadmill only goes so far. And it'll give Ode some one-on-one time with Azzy in relative peace and quiet.

Okay, I tested that 'self-cutting grass' cantrip on a square foot of my lawn and I think I found the flaw. It makes noise when the grass terminates its ends. Like this effervescent crackling sound. Or maybe like twistling a bundle of plastic wrap. It's very crackly and crispy. It's rather audible.

Delivering a LOT of food and supplies around today. I take care of a lot of people. I'm happy to do it, don't get me wrong. I'm only sorry that it's still not enough sometimes. And it feels like less, every year. While the people that TAKE from them, take MORE, so they have less so they need more.

That was a long day and a lot of talking and shouting.
But.... I think maybe I don't want to punch my Father in the face quite as much or as hard as I did before. Maybe a LITTLE less.
And he DID help me get the job done faster, I GUESS. I'm having mixed feelings..... I'm going home.

Huh. Only 4 dead bodies and the Corpsekeepers are giving me a respectfully wide berth. That's new.
They've either evolved and this is a trap, or I'm going to be able to work in peace and repair the tunnel and gate and go home early.
I haven't even seen any signs of the local yeti population, either.

I might have figured out a little cantrip-type thing to make grass trim itself, without using potentially dangerous evocation.
